This project became a second home for a one big family. In the heart of Brickell Miami, we converted 1,554 sqft. into a 3-bedroom apartment, converting open den to full bedroom, added a formal dining, and created an outdoor space to gather. With a challenge of inventory and logistics in the beginning of March 2021, our team used strategic planning and sourcing delivering a turnkey, full furnished unit with a custom millwork additions and wall decorative covers within 6 months. The client trusted our team to lead the project from start to finish with full management and remote decision making! The result was happily accepted and continue to enjoy by all family members until present days.
